About
I am a licensed psychologist who provides a warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented therapeutic space for adolescents, young adults, and adults. My work is grounded in attentive listening, genuine curiosity, and deep respect for each individual’s lived experience. I am committed to helping clients feel understood, empowered, and capable of meaningful and lasting change.
I specialize in supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, major life transitions, work–life balance concerns, career shifts, and neurodivergent experiences. My clinical background spans school, hospital, outpatient, and therapeutic school settings, including the Montefiore Einstein Center for Autism and Communication Disorders, Westchester Medical Center, New York Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Irving Medical Center, New York State Psychiatric Institute, Nathan S. Kline Institute for Psychiatric Research, Robert Louis Stevenson School, Green Chimneys School, Scarsdale Public Schools, and private practice.
I earned my Ph.D. from Fordham University, an M.A. from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a B.A. from Columbia University. Before becoming a psychologist, I earned a D.M.A. in classical voice from Manhattan School of Music. My background as a musician continues to shape my appreciation for creativity, identity, and the many ways individuals express and understand their inner worlds.
In therapy, clients can expect a thoughtful balance of empathy and gentle challenge. I help individuals explore the emotional patterns and relational dynamics that influence daily life and shape their sense of self.
Whether you are navigating a specific stressor, seeking clarity during a transition, addressing complex developmental or learning concerns, or hoping to deepen your self-understanding, my goal is to help you move forward with resilience, insight, and a renewed connection to your life.
