I support adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, major life transitions, developmental disorders, work–life balance concerns, career changes, and neurodivergent challenges. I also conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, including ADHD, learning disabilities, autism, and cognitive or developmental concerns.
-
My style is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. Together, we explore the emotional and relational patterns that shape your experiences. My goal is to help you feel understood, gain clarity, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
-
Our first session is a conversation. We’ll discuss what brings you in, your history, and your goals. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process and how we can best work together.

I offer both, depending on the client's needs and the types of service.
My offices are located in Scarsdale, Westchester, and on the Upper West Side in Manhattan.

Therapy is tailored to your goals. Some clients prefer short-term support; others benefit from longer-term insight-oriented work.
-
Therapy focuses on emotional understanding, coping, and long-term growth.
Evaluations focus on assessing cognitive, academic, developmental, and emotional functioning. They are helpful for diagnosing learning disorders, ADHD, autism, executive functioning challenges, and more. -
Evaluations typically include:
A clinical interview
Standardized testing
Behavioral and emotional measures
Consultation with schools or providers (when appropriate)
A detailed written report with results and recommendations
A feedback session to review findings
-
Most evaluations require 4–10 hours of testing, spread across one or two sessions. Reports are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the case.

I am in-network with Aetna, scheduled through Alma. For all other insurances, I am an out-of-network provider. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide monthly superbills with all the required information for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Many clients receive partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits.
I offer a sliding scale for college students and artists to help make therapy more accessible during a financially challenging and transitional stage of life. Please inquire about availability.
-
A superbill includes:
Your diagnosis (required for reimbursement)
CPT codes
Session dates, duration, and fees
My licensure information
I can assist you in understanding how to use your superbill for reimbursement.
-
Ask your insurance:
Do I have out-of-network coverage for behavioral health services?
What percentage is reimbursed?
Do I have a deductible, and has it been met?
Do I need pre-authorization?
-
Session fees are due at the time of service. I accept Zelle and Venmo.
-
I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of an appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the full session fee will be charged. However, if I have availability, I will make every effort to offer an alternative appointment within the same week and apply the fee to that rescheduled session.

In accordance with federal law, all clients receiving out-of-network care are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate outlining expected costs. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than the amount listed on your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
